At The Luxury Bag Co, we authenticate all of our items. we do this by checking details such as stitching, serial numbers, zips and the overall shape/craftsmanship. all items are authenticated to the best of our knowledge, but by shopping with us you acknowledge there can be human error. if you believe your item is in-authentic, please contact us as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a free return and refund as well as a discount for your next order.

All sales are final unless the item is not as described. If you believe your item is significantly misrepresented, or inauthentic please contact us as soon as possible. you must clarify how the items is damaged and not just consistent with used items.
In the event of a return, We aim to process your refund as fast as possible, typically within 24 hours of us receiving the item back.
3. Payment
We accept all major payment methods, To pay via a method unavailable online, Please contact us on WhatsApp and we will make this possible for you.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days And Sent Via Royal Mail Express Delivery. Typically You Will Receive your order within 24-48 hours of purchasing. Please understand we are not responsible for delays with the courier. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
