At The Luxury Bag Co, we authenticate all of our items. we do this by checking details such as stitching, serial numbers, zips and the overall shape/craftsmanship. all items are authenticated to the best of our knowledge, but by shopping with us you acknowledge there can be human error. if you believe your item is in-authentic, please contact us as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a free return and refund as well as a discount for your next order.
REFUND POLICY: Due To the nature of a digital product, No refunds will be available for purchases of access to the supplier. once you are inside the supplier broadcast, returns/refunds will only be available if the product is significantly misrepresented. Alternatively, if you place an order off the supplier once you are in the broadcast, And wish to cancel it, this can be done but you will be charged a processing fee of 5% of the total order cost - Please note that cancellations are only possible before the item has been dispatched.

We accept all major payment methods, To pay via a method unavailable online, Please contact us on WhatsApp and we will make this possible for you.
4. Shipping
You will receive your digital product via email instantly, once inside the private WhatsApp group, Orders are processed within 1–3 business days And Sent Via Royal Mail Express Delivery. Typically You Will Receive your order within 24-48 hours of purchasing. Please understand we are not responsible for delays with the courier. These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct address information, and we can not be held accountable for the buyers mistake. we will send all items to the exact address you provide.

We only work with verified suppliers and personally authenticate each item in house to ensure authenticity. If an item is proven counterfeit, or you suspect it to be we will offer a full Return/Refund/Replacement.
